For nearly a decade The Langston Team has tried to offer our services in a way that reflected the relaxing, fun loving attitude of our Lake. As the first true Vacation and Concierge Service on Lake Martin, we will continue that tradition to our vacation guests and offer the magical “Lake” experience that has made Lake Martin a favorite destination since the 1930s. The most popular type of properties we manage is our great selection of Waterfront Condos that allow you to enjoy the Lake to its fullest. These condos give you the comfort of a luxury home inside, while providing waterside pools, private docks for those vacationers on the move!

Some of our properties are secluded and private; however they are just a quick boat ride away from the energy and fun of Lake Living. Lakeside Karaoke, waterfront restaurants with outside decks to enjoy the fabulous sunsets and unique sand bars to host your own lake party, dining, dancing, historical and fun places like Chimney Rock and Sand Island are at doorstep of all of our properties, providing a taste of Lake Martin’s adventurous spirit.
